Our Advisors

The financial advisors that work with AISG tend to concentrate on expanding their business and actively seek and accept guidance to accomplish this. They typically have five or more years of experience in the financial industry. Many of our reps join us from the independent channel and earn at least $50,000 in securities business commissions per year. They often do insurance as well, and when they do, their combined securities and insurance business is $100,000 or more per year.

Other advisors have a background in the wirehouses. While the higher payouts and freedom of running their own business typically attract them to AISG, they are pleasantly surprised to discover an unmatched level of technology and personal service proven to help bring their business to a new level. He or she maintains membership in one or more industry organization and usually has credentials indicating advanced training. Many have formed profitable relationships with CPA firms, property and casualty shops, realtors, and attorneys.

Our services are designed for independent advisors who want to feel less isolated…who want to feel like they are part of a community that’s truly interested in their success. This is for independents who appreciate a high quality, supportive network filled with people who not only help you develop your knowledge and skills, but also help you with business efficiencies and practices that help ensure your immediate and long-term success and profitability.

We also recognize the need to help promising financial advisors who have not yet reached the experience level or commission levels of our typical rep. To help support these independents and improve their chances of long-term success in this industry, we will consider them after an in-depth interview and business review and under the following conditions:

  • Financial advisors new to the industry – he or she teams with another established independent to work with and learn from. 

Financial advisors making less than $50,000 – he or she presents a marketing plan that demonstrates how the practice will be developed to achieve this commission level.
